Mobile DPF, EGR, Intercooler and catalytic converter cleaning – how it works

So how does your mobile service work?

Simple!

1. ​A booking is made with us for a date and time to collect the filter at your premises of the said vehicle.
2. Your mechanic removes the DPF Filter, the EGR cooler, intercooler or the catalytic converter to pass it on to our ​technician for pre-inspection and cleaning.
3. The DPF Filter, the EGR cooler, intercooler or ​t​he catalytic converter is connected to our state of the art carbon cleaning machine, whereby a cycle is run to clean out all soot and ash.
4. A back pressure test confirms the cleaning process and the results are recorded.
5. A final visual inspection is done with an endoscope.
6. The DPF Filter, the EGR cooler, the intercooler or the catalytic converter is handed back to your mechanic to be re-installed.
7. All results and photographs are captured for the client and our records.
